The Dolphin Connection at the resort offers educational dolphin programs and training sessions. For swimming, head to the saltwater lagoon or try one of the five swimming pools, including a kid's pool with a pirate ship. At the Indies Club, enjoy the putting green, treehouse, volleyball court, kids' club, and teen club. The resort also offers eight tennis courts, bike rentals, and fishing piers, as well as a full service spa complete with beauty salon and fitness facilities. The Palm Terrace serves buffet-style breakfasts and cooked-to-order items. For lunch fare, try Cantina for Mexican and Caribbean favorites or Indies Grille for sandwiches and snacks. Guests using Marina slips have access to fresh water hook-ups, and power sources. There are 177 rooms, including 16 suites with separate seating areas, and 269 villas with two or three bedrooms. Villas face the water, and feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, porches, and washer/dryer units. Some feature backyard fishing piers and porch hot tubs. Housekeeping service is available after four consecutive nights' stay. Rooms include balcony, private bathroom with separate vanity, mini-refrigerator, and coffeemaker. The resort is building 26 new villas. Construction is done 7 days a week 8:00 a. The villa construction is in an isolated area of the resort and the noise level is minimal. It is scheduled to be completed by mid-December.
